gts m3 front lip

How come there's no reproduction of the front lip spoiler like the one gts m3?
I see a lot of company's make all kind of one off parts or reproduction of carbon front lip. Why not gts lip just asking.

I believe the Challenge front lip is based off the GTS lip.

I would love to see a lip like the GTS's that is adjustable and actually creates downforce.
