I wonder if someone understood what happen here. I assume by the pictures "Hydroplaning" wet road condition and somewhat young driver with little wet road experience.

The guy says he was doing like 110/120kph and he lost control of the car and went in the rail. I think he is lying. He must have been doing more than that. The guy talking to him appears to be a cop who is telling him he is not supposed to be driving at more than 100kph in the rain so he is kind of frightened.
