Any BMW drivers paying 8 bucks for a gallon of premium? My local Shell and Mobil just reached 7.63 today

I put ~$50 into my Z4 yesterday, about $4.25 a gallon. Fortunately I don't drive it all that much, so that tank will last a good while.

I think it's nice that their premium gas is only 30 cents more than the regular gas.

In my area, the difference between regular and premium gas is at least $1 or more. (even at Costco gas station as recently as last week) I still don't know why the difference is so huge in my area.

Shell V Power E5 at my local Shell is currently £1.86 ($2.42) per litre, which works out to approximately $7 for the equivalent of a US gallon (3.8 litres). For a UK gallon it’s £8.37 ($11.36) & as for V Power diesel that’s at £2.20 a litre ($2.99) or $11.36 for a US gallon & £9.90 ($13.43) for a UK gallon.
Even the standard diesel is around £1.98 a litre ($2.69)

I can’t help but chuckle at all those Bloody diesel drivers & am happy that I don’t have to pay for the diesel for the dirty Discovery

Paid $4.749/g for Phillips 66 91 E10 the other day.

For March the price for 91 from Phillips 66 has ranged from a low of $4.059/g on March 28 at the Rogers AR Phillips 66 and a high of $4.229/g on March 19 at the Lowell AR Phillips 66 station.

'course, the April price is up by over $0.50/g from that $4.229/g paid on March 19.
