Anyone heard how it sounds?
Looks much better than the original. Is it just a "bolt on"? DIY? Would be nice cause in Sweden iv'e heard of guys having problem with BMW warranty after changing exhaust. I guess this you can take of before going for service? |

Then you should hear what i'm going thru right now. Have got a date when this "matter" should be fixed and i will shut up until then, but if it doesn't go as expected i'll let you know about some really ridiculous stuff.

unbelievable - we have federal laws against this kind of fraudulent crap in the US - hopefully I will never have to cross that bridge with my wife's Eisenmann exhaust

Yea, you have had enough i think! Even if you come in for a service with a compressor towering your hood they should pretend thats normal and treat you as a VIP! Maby ask you if you have enough Nitro to get by for the next month or so.

funny, I am just saying "how could exhaust possibly harm your car?" assuming that you still have an exhaust system that is not strait through pipes.

That's exactly what it is. A quality exhaust system built by one of the largest exhaust manufacturers in the world - Remus Exhausts. Remus also manufactures exhaust systems for some of the biggest names in the industry such as AMG, AC Schnitzer, and many more.
Quote:
The Remus Exhaust is an axle back unit. It is a clamp-on type application and requires no welding. The Remus Exhaust System is also TUV approved and meets the very strict noise regulations enforced in many European countries. Even with a straight pipe, there is no actual harm to the car. Your car might not be optimal, but it's not like it will blow or anything driving home from the store. |

Stock exhaust is one piece after the cat to the tail, you need to cut somewhere behind the axle after a careful measurement. Need professional installation, not DIY
