Exhaust modifications?

Hello,
i have an Z4 with the N52B25, I have been looking for 1 month cat back exhaust, to modify, the pretty nice tbh, sound of the car. Its a Euro version which has the 2 catalytic converters on the headers, then a resonator then the muffler. I was looking mainly for the supersprint Powerloop catback and the eisenmann catback. The prices on both are pretty insane, in Greece at least, 1800 euros for the SS and 1500 euros for the Eisenmann. They both remove the resonators but the eisenmann has an race option which I believe has more aggressive sound. Does anyone run this simple setup and has some sound clips? The other cheaper options are: just to remove the resonator and keep the rest of the exhaust oem. A bit more sound i guess, but not that deep, more screaming. The last option which is the stupidest but as a young idiot man i still consider it, is to leave the system oem and put a controlled valve before the resonator, to open and close it remotely. With this option I don't have any problems with the police, and I can go long distances without my head buzzing at the end of the trip.
What do u honestly think?
