Remove headrest?
Does anyone know how to remove the headrest on these seats?
Feeling between the cracks, it’s definitely a separate piece but how to detach it I’m not sure. According to RealEOM it is also two separate pieces. Does anyone know how to remove it? |

Yes you have to just pull on it upwards really hard. Reveals seat frame pipe upsside down U shaped hoop. like a rollover hoop built into the seat. Really helpful when taking the seat out. Its basically like a grab handle you can pick the seat up from.

Removing the headrest on Z4 seats can vary slightly based on the model year and seat design. Typically, there's a release button or a small hole on the base of the headrest. You might need to press the button or insert a thin tool, like a paperclip, into the hole to release the headrest. Consult your car's manual for specific instructions.
