Advice on wheel spacers for 35is
I have a stock 2011 35is with 326M wheels. (19x8 in front, 19x9 in back with OEM run flats) Just had them repaired and powder-coated gunmetal grey. They look great, but now I want to move them out. Any advice? Looking at H&R spacers... What size works best for front and back? Any issues? Thanks!

I have only 2x10mm wheel spacers (H&R 2075725) on the rear axle of my 35i with the same 326M wheels. 2x12mm might also fit, but anything more and your wheels will rub against the inner plastic of the fender when driving hard in sharp turns. You can try to form the plastic with a heat gun (or ignore the issue and have the wheels rub the plastic out - e.g. http://bit.ly/1UvuRkA) but I don't like such solution.
On the front wheels you can only add 5mm without modifications of the fender plastic. Unfortunately, the 5mm H&R spacers do not have a center alignment, so it is extremely hard to balance out the spacers on the axle then. Best regards Mick |

Thanks! Not interested in doing any damage, heat guns, etc... Do you think the 10mm you're running really make a difference? Picture? I had thought 12mm on the front and 15mm on the back, but that doesn't sound like it will work from what you say. Again, thanks!

When I had my stock wheels, I ran 10 mm up front, and 12 mm out back, with no rubbing at all, I was using BurgerTuning wheel spacers, Looked great

On the other hand: Considering that you are living in the US, I believe that you won't see any damages in the fenders with 15/15 on the rear axle and 10/10 on the front axle, unless you regularly do some very spirited driving Best regards Mick |

I have 12MM spacers up front, 10MM spacers in the back on 326M rims, no issues whatsoever.
