Incredible Deal or Scam??
Basically new 2013 35is for $45000??
Craigs list and seller is moving out of country, so sounds sketchy. If it's for real someone's gonna get a real bargain. Anyway here it is: http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/cto/4688102659.html |

May be worth taking a visit to check it out, verifying that title is OK, and getting VIN number and selling dealer. Get permission from seller to have dealer release any service history to you to make sure car hasn't had major problems.
Usually if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is, but sometimes people have to leave quickly for a job and just want to sell everything that isn't needed. |

if the person you ra dealing with is the person on the title and the title does not have an leans on it. When the owner signs it and takes your money it is their loss not yours. Just make sure your documentation is correct and you are prepared to take the vehicle immiedaitely.

You'd be hard pressed to get the MSRP up to costed $70K. Course the dealer might have charged him $10K for bra, seal coating, cover and leather protector. (and costed the dealer about 200 bucks)

I think someone in a rush and willing to take a loss on a low mileage and pristine car would just take it to a dealer or Carmax to offload it. Places that can write a check on the spot. I always sell my cars privately if I can, but I do realize that it takes some work and especially time compared to wholesaling it. Sounds fishy, but who knows. It has to have some story. No sane person would spend a claimed ~$35k in depreciation to drive a car for 8 hours.

1,100 miles in 8 hours? Do the math. Not likely.
