Typical question with no clear answer ...
The question has been asked a thousand times, but I can't see a firm and clear answer.
F32, M Sport suspension (maybe in the future H&R sport). Front 19x8.5 ET30 235/40. I don't want even the slightest chance of rubbing. It's that ET too low? perhaps better go to ET35?

That setup with an ET30 will work just fine. What rear sizes are you running?

I'm running still on an E92... I'm planning the next change to F32 Rear would be 9.5x19 ET45 265/35 The issue is that I don't want to do a very understeering car. Back can fit a lot of width, but not in front and if you do it would fit very fair???

I've seen a F30 with 10mm spacer in their front wheels (19" OEM with H&R sport) and looked very short of space for my taste. In F32 there's more space or just like the F30? Thanks for your opinion

Asking the same question since another member with an F31 mentioned that his front 235/35R20 with 8.5 ET32 wheels rub on the fender lip and on the joint where the bumper and fender meet.

This guy (http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1027935) has 12 mm spacers front and 15mm back in his 4GC. Maybe, in back is flush but the front tire protruding from the body. That's illegal in my country... His wheels are 18x8 ET34, with spacers would be 18x8 ET22. Compared to a 8.5 ET30 would come 1,7mm more to the outside. In conclusion, I believe 19x8.5 ET30 with 235/40 and lowered suspension would rub although very slightly or at least would be very "risky"... rear front
