I'm quite worried about the next gen M3, I have no doubt it'll fly courtesy of sheer power, but the trend (in all cars tbh) is towards more "stuff" and more weight. The E9x M3 is not a light car, though the engine is just fantastic. The E46 M3 is the car that I continue to judge all BMW coupes by, I doubt i'll ever reach an age where that car isn't stunning. The greatest M car of all time, in my humble opinion.
