have you checked the joints above the red pipe?
mine was a really bad fit & I think some oil was escaping from this joint ( part of the crankase breather pipe work) |

I have checked the pipes above and stuck a jubilee clip around the crancase breather pipe. But I will have to take a closer look again. The oil appears to be running around the metal clip leading me to think it is leaking above

Daft question - but have you fitted the red hose top seal the correct way - it has a lip on the seal to allow for engine movement - if it is fitted the wrong way then it wont seal correctly

I'm pretty sure that when mistryn purchased the hose he posted a picture to assist me with seal orientation. As his were already fitted. So one would assume if the pipe comes with seals fitted, that they are in fact the correct way round.

Chenged mine two year ago and it has been fine. The seals are a tight fit, prior to fitting did you lubricate with engine ol to prvent damage?

As Dave says ^^^ I am pretty certain I fitted them the correctly. When I pushed the pipe back on it did seem to click into place
I used a little bit of washing up liquid on the seals to help ease them on? |

This might be your culprit as the washing up liquidbwill most lkely have gunked up causing an imperfec seal?
