ABS Issue

Was wondering if anyone on here can help me out, I have an issue with my e90 lci when driving normally the traction light will keep flashing making the drive feel uncomfortable where the car feels like it wont go any faster blocking the power. I had it plugged in there are no current fault codes but when I had it on the ramp I came to know that the rear ABS ring is polished so I guess the ABS sensor is rubbing against the ABS ring and sending false signals to the car for the traction to go of.

Would there be any good garages in London who would change the ABS rings rather than changing the whole drive shaft?

Thanks in advance.
