M Performance power kit for sDrive28i?
Hi,
I've noticed on the BMW website that there is an M Performance power kit for the F30 328i...Since it's the same engine, I was wondering if anyone tried to have it installed on their zed...Mine is only 5 months old, so I don't want to void the warrenty with aftermarket stuff... I'm happy with the power of the 28i, but sometimes, sometimes when in Germany it would be nice to have that additional torque and power... |

28 is the 6 cylinder non turbo correct? Friend has a a 328i. I hooked my cobb unit up to his car but it wasn't recognized, or is this the new 4 banger turbo. I cant keep up with the changes.

sDrive28i is the N20B20 engine...so 4 cylinders with a turbo, 2.0l...output is 245hp and some 340Nm...I saw that Hartge and Ac-Schnitzer are also doing some tuning, but I wonder if they offer a drivetrain warrenty...bloody expensive though...

Here in the US the dealers look up the VIN of the car and sometimes the ECU itself is replaced so I believe you wouldn't be able to take the F30 kit and install in E89
Dinan could be another place for you guys to check on. |

I would search around, Send COBB an email directly, they are good and I have it on my 35is. If they dont have it I am quite sure they will soon for the 2.0 turbo motor.
