BMW Performance seats have been mounted today and i tell you:

I AM IN LOVE!!! What a difference!

Carbon, what have you done to your old seats? Weren't they sport seats?

yes, brand new sport seats.

they are filling my living room yet. i will keep them in my cellar. i will mont them back as soon as i sell the car unless somebody makes an incerdibly good offer for them. than i will maybe sell them.

It looks great. How much weight savings?

Do you lose any of the functionality vs the sport seats?

not sure but approximately 30%. the stock seats are fvckin heavy. almost hurt my back when carrying them.

i lost the memmory function. they are heated and have airbags.

there are no buttons. there is also no up & down. there is only manual back & forward.

they are just heated and they have airbags. but they also exist fully electrical.

Very nice seats Carbon, I think you will need next to tailed make a little more Alcantara interior mods to suit with your new seats? That is dash board parts, wheels, gear knobs, etc...??

There are no rear/seat air vents at neck level in the z4 (unlike the SLK). If you are referring to the slots in the seats, these are for racing seatbelts/harness (not used in this car).
