Not quite dinner yet but I experimented with tofu...for the last time. Personally, I just can't get past the texture. At least I tried and now I have an informed opinion.

Tofu does take some getting used to. And like I've said before, I don't usually like tofu from restaurants. Same issue. The texture isn't right. But at least you gave it a couple of tries. I won't touch calamari or octopus or oysters because just the sight of them gives me the willies. So I don't even get credit for trying them.
