Removing dash storage to hide cable

I want to remove the storage box on the dashboard so I can hide a cable that’ll run from phone holder into the glove box. Is there a simple way? I might also need to run it down behind the temp control dials too so if anyone has any advice I’d be grateful.

This is the one you want, and if I've done it right it should load at 07:58 which is the start of removing the panels to get to the top cubby hole
