If you're still hungry then that's the best way and making some more fresh ones for breakfast, I'm doing something similar now with cold roast chicken slices but on wholemeal bread with baby leaf salad and sliced plum tomatoes.

Early supper or late lunch. Out of the box Mac and Cheese. Only five minutes from the microwave to my tummy. I was starving after running around all day due the the improvement of the weather and roads. I managed to do a few calls and visits. Now I'm free for the rest of the week-end.

Early Pizza night using the the microwave convection mode.

Thanks to the ice storm the power was out for about 36 hrs. While I got a 17K generator, the gas stove is not on the back-up power. Power just came back 15 minutes ago.
