Not sure. We are going to the OSU game tonight. Unfortunately this year they aren't doing what they did last year.

You could pay extra for a catered meal and booze at the Alumni center before the game. Sit inside, watch the other games on a huge screen, eat some nice food, have a couple of beers and then walk to the stadium for the game.

Now that we know they aren't doing it, we won't be buying season tickets again next year. That's part of what made it worth it, made it more of an event than just drive up, park, watch game, sit in traffic for an hour while you try to get out of town for the hour drive home.

That seems like an awfully "smooth" steak tartare. I enjoy mine more on the hand-minced side. How was it?

Thanks. The tartare was nicely minced, not puréed. Look closely at the photo and the mincing is more apparent. The presentation was smoothed out, likely with a pastry ring and small spatula, giving a smoother/finer appearance. This was in Venice.
