Lol, you sound like my wife. I shave and have a 5 o'clock shadow within 2 hrs, which she loves.
She also likes the look of a full beard from afar, but not up close, so I always get told to keep the shadow...ugh why can't she just make a decision

I keep 5 o'clock shadow stuble in the goatee area. I haven't shaved my chin or upper lip in years. The last time I shaved my face completely, it just felt creepy.

I had a beard most of my adult life. I don't have it anymore, probably for the past 10 years, because I kept my beard trimmed nicely and didn't want to deal with the hassle of trimming it any longer. Now just use an electric razor every day. Could practically shave with my eyes closed if I had to. It's so much easier now.

When my daughter was about 2 years old I shaved my beard off for some reason, I don't remember, and surprised her by walking up to her with my hands covering my face and then, surprise! She (almost) wasn't sure who I was and started crying. I know, I was mean, lol. Needless to say I grew it back right away, and soon she had her dad back again.

That look suits Statham on Page 1 so much for his film roles.
I personally shave at midday each day except Sundays as the skin is too sleep soft when I rise around 7, so the '6 o clock shadow doesn't happen until sleep time...it's better for the skin.

You don't want a beard, pain in the ass. I need to shave every 2 days in order to stay kept. Face always feels like sandpaper.
