2016 Z4 35is Estoril Blue
New member....just picked up my first bimmer.
Had a couple of Audi's and loved my 2012 S5 but this is my new love. Flew to Ca this past weekend to sign and drive it for the weekend. It's now at the dealership awaiting shipping to Chicago. |

Which dealer was this one at? I wonder if this was the one I almost bought.

I'd been looking for a couple months and then saw this one. I had almost bought a '15 just before Xmas but the dealer added $600 dealer prep. Told him no way. He came back a few days later with "our mgmt has never done this, but we'll waive the $600".....told him to piss off. I saw this car the day after they posted it on the web. Called SLO BMW, asked the multiple questions, did my researches: VIN, BMW corp. car with 8k miles. Clean Car fax. I've now bought an Audi, a Range Rover and now a BMW off the internet from authorized dealership. All have been great to deal with and all were great deals. This dealership was supurb but I won't buy a car without at least seeing it. Flew out there, inspected, drove and bought. It's under original warranty until 10/2020. Original MSRP of $73K, I got for $29K less. If you did happen to pass on this....then I owe you a "Thanks". Now awaiting shipping. |

That's not the one I was looking at.
Great car at a great price. I found a white 35is including all options in Atlanta with 9k miles and made a great deal on it. Glad you got this one, it looks really nice! |

Already thinking about about some customization...upgraded brake calipers/pads(blue), stubby antenna, some type of paint protection and maybe a stage 1 upgrade....but the thing is fast enough. I am a total newbie but I intend to keep this thing for a while and want to enjoy it. Did you drive yours back or ship it? Questioning my shipping carrier. |

The dealer arranged and paid for it because they couldn't have the car ready for me when I was going to fly out to pick it up.
It was open, which I was not happy about. |
