PCV Heater disconnect

I have an online shop manual that I down loaded for a 2011 E89 that had the wiring schematics. I'm an engineer so I can read them. According to the schematic the 30 amp fuse, number 38 in the passenger well fuse box feeds power to heater in the PCV valve. When I removed fuse I checked operation of everything and I found the passenger side window was inoperative. The window schematics don't show any connection to this fuse. Has anyone tried to disable PCV heater by doing this? Does anyone have reference to accurate schematic?
BTW I replaced fuse and windows work.

Found problem. The 38 fuse for the PCV heater had already been removed. I removed adjacent 41 fuse by mistake. Interesting as I bought car a year before BMW came out with recall caused by PCV heaters catching fire in people's garages. Dealer must have pulled fuse at prior service long before BMW came public with recall.
