My point is Rovers have a reputation for poor reliability.
Again, whats your point? Quantity over quality I guess. Walmart sells more clothes than Nordstroms but I don't shop there. Anyways, I like the Bronco just wish Ford could use a little less plastic trim and develop a rear ac that works decently. The Bronco doesn't even have rear vents which will suck in the summer.

Walmart and Nordstroms don't make clothes. Ford does make trucks and a shitload of people buy them and repeat buy them. Now you're just nit picking.

A quote from a Bronco forum member regarding the rear seat AC. This from his "One Week in" review of his new 4-door Big Bend:

"The lack of rear vents hasn't been an issue for us, though I'm sure the kids miss having their own climate controls like they had in my Flex and have in our Explorer. The complaints here (i.e. from the Bronco Forum) seem to be loud enough that I can't imagine Ford not addressing it."

His initial impression:

"First of all, this thing is every bit as smooth and drivable on-road as my Flex or my wife's Explorer. It tracks straight and smooth with none of the wallowing or skittering you see with other off-road vehicles. The suspension and "big" tires (non-squatch here) swallow up fairly significant imperfections in the road, even at speed. It's engaging and quite responsive, with good feedback both from underneath in the straits and in the wheel during turns. The turning radius seems a lot tighter than the wide, flat hood would lead on from the driver's seat.

When you put your foot in it, the 2.3L will go. This does NOT feel like some wheezy punishment of a base engine. I doubt any of you selecting the 2.7L will be disappointed, but the 2.3 is beyond adequate. I'm averaging 21 mpg in mostly around town and back country road driving."

So none of that quoted seems to indicate the new Bronco is some POS American manufacturer product that needs a few years of further development time to work the bugs out.

Time will tell, though.

Coming from someone who has small children and a Wrangler JKu with no rear vents…it does matter. The kids are noticeable warmer and colder no matter how much I blast the air in my Wrangler. No complaints up front. The system gets super cool and super hot but by the time it reaches the rear seats of my four door wrangler it doesn’t have the needed affect.

It wasn't my comment, it was a member of a Bronco forum. I have no dog in the fight. Old butts like me grew up with cars that either (a) had 4-60 air conditioning, or (b) didn't have rear AC vents. If there is an issue with our Nations children suffering in the rear of an SUV because it lacks AC vents, then we're all doing pretty well.

You quoted it because you back it even though you have zero experience with said vehicle or anything similar. As a child my mom had a Chevy Nova and dad had a Oldsmobile 98 (model not the year) so I’m very familiar with vehicles of the past. It doesn’t mean my children have to suffer like I did as a child. If I knowingly can bring them more comfort then I will. Wrangler is on its way out for me.

Well I did have a Jeep YJ for 14 years and I have a H3T, neither had/have rear vents. The only car I've had with rear AC vents is my E90. I'm pretty sure neither the Bronco nor Wrangler are designed with supreme rear seat comfort in mind. The primary design is geared toward off road capability, so if one is expecting Range Rover level of rear seat environment comfort, then it is that person's fault for expecting it, not the design of the Bronco or Jeep.

I'm one of 6 siblings, so my perspective of kids and their "comfort" is probably different than most. I chose a vehicle for my needs. If my kids are not super comfortable, then they can either walk, or buy me the car they like.

When I get my Bronco, I'll report my findings.

Geared more off-road for a vehicles that are offroaded by only a small percentage of owners. The Wrangler JL does have rear vents so really the design flaw is that of Ford since the Wrangler is their only competitor.

Well ..everyone has an option I guess. I put my children's needs ahead of mine in most cases. I could of bought myself a nice high end sports car but i opted for the X7. Will I win father of the year? Only if my kids vote and that's all that counts.

I do like to hear that the Bronco is more comfortable then a Wrangler to drive but so is everything that doesn't run straight axles so tell me something I dont know.

I had a Jeep YJ. It had straight axles and leaf springs all around. I found it quite engaging to drive. The steering was direct and had good feel for tire traction. The recirculating-ball steering off road was excellent. Brake feel was as good as any BMW I've owned. I could easily drive it 10 to 15 hours a day, and did so on many road trips with it. But I can ride a motorcycle all day too, with breaks obviously, so my ass is not so candied. The YJ was the last of the raw Jeep Wangler; sheet metal body, thin carpet, no insulation and no interior trim. And no AC

But I'm not buying a Bronco for comfort, though it will be decades ahead in comfort compared to a Jeep YJ. If I had magic, I'd really buy a new 1987 Ranger STX, like I did back in 1987. The new Bronco in manual trans trim is going to get me back in a Ford groove...

I like the stealth effect of the wrap but the cost is crazy to do a full wrap on top of your brand new car having to be taken apart. We just have full front coverage along with side mirrors and behind the tires when we do Xpel which has worked out well for us.

Totally understandable. Thank you for choosing XPEL! Does your X7 M50i currently wear a full-front PPF too?
