Southern Tier Pumking the best seasonal beer, 8.6%, 92 score on beer advocate, Probably the best beer I've ever drank.

Best all around beer Franziskaner Weissbier and their Dunkel.

Best summer/beach beer Bohemia. It's the best tasting beer if your the type to enjoy Mexican beers on the beach.

My taste is quite varied. In no real order

Pliny the elder (missed out on Younger at the brewpub a couple months ago)
Midnight sun arctic devil
Weinstephaner
Founders CBS
Founders Harvest
Coast 32 50
Dulle Teve
Cantillon Geuze

I currently have Bells Two Hearted in my kegerator, but will probably go with something light for summer. I really want Mother Eart Endless River but I was told it only comes in half bbls which I can't pull off

Drove up to Russian River when I was in SF and brought back a growler to NY. Really quite perfect stuff.

The Double Jack I posted above I found to be pretty similar in taste/balance. It's a bit stronger but the alcohol is well-covered (as opposed to dogfish head 90 imo).

Have you tried the Double Barrel Ale from Firestone? It is also quite tasty.

I'll try to pick some up next time I'm at my bevvie; we don't get much from the western breweries unfortunately.

I've also heard great things about:

Yup it's very good. So is their regular IPA, but the Little Sumpin' Sumpin' is better.

I've also heard great things about:

I'll have to try the other Lagunitas brews. The only one I've had from them was the seasonal Brown Shugga'. It was a unique beer, not really my taste though.

I'm always amazed how many people know/like cow. I can get it whenever living 30 miles from the brewery and being in WI, but I really don't see the appeal. Maybe because I have gotten bored of it...

I typically drink home brew since a group in my neighborhood gets together to compare current concoctions on a regular basis.

Ruination is great, takes a 1/3 glass to fully taste out though (for me). I'll definitely pick up Corruption if I see it.

Just found some Sumpin' locally, nice lighter IPA, will be buying it throughout the summer I think...

The Corruption is fairly local as far as I know, but I could certainly see it making its way up to the NYC area. It's a great after work IPA, not particularly robust for the type of beer. But very good IMO.
