Slow roof operation - or working as intended ?
Just picked up my Zed this weekend. Over the moon to finally have it. I've been looking for years for a 30i manual Melbourne Red.
The trunk is very slow indeed to close I went to look at another car that had the same hesitation to close. Are they just supposed to be like this or have I found two with the same illness ? |

Thanks just what I wanted to hear
It's just very different in operating speed compared to my E93. @RobbiZ4 I see you mentioned something about higher pressure in 2012 models in the hydraulic roof thread. Mine's a 2011 as I didn't want any turbos so will have the old setup. Any input on operating the roof at (low) speed? I would definitely consider installing a roof module to enable operating upon driving. It sucks having to stay at a complete standstill when the roof isn't fast enough to finish at a red light. From the same thread this guy uses a top module often but that's obviously just one sample. https://e89.zpost.com/forums/showpos...3&postcount=61 |

Replace the old salmon relays asap by new ones. More details in the following thread: https://translate.googleusercontent....KiqM9iQq2ta5Ww Last edited by RobbiZ4; 02-15-2020 at 02:05 PM.. |
