Need advice for second LPFP or inline pump

I have a Fuel-It Stage 2 LPFP but that is not enough to support my Hexon RR600 and Fuel-It TBI on E65 (or even E50) and am looking for someone that has added a 2 pump LPFP or added an inline pump that will support ~25psi with E85 and PI. Can you please help with what pumps and other components were used and where/how you installed these components?

Greatly appreciated as I am trying to get 600whp out of my Hexons. (19psi on E65 causes LPFP to drop below 45psi above 5300rpm...which causes HPFP to crash to ~700psi).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need that on the LPFP side? I'm about to do a Fuel-It stage 2 LPFP, bigger lines, and a VTT single barrel, to run ethanol this spring. Is the TBI the LPFP issue? Just curious. I'm hoping to run hybrid turbos, eventually, next winter with this setup.

Thanks,

Filippo

Yes, I need a second LPFP. I don't understand your question about the TBI. The TBI is there to take demand off the HPFP but the stage 2 LPFP supplies both the TBI and HPFP. In your planned setup, your stage 2 LPfP will be the limiting factor.

This place is pretty dry for this kind of info in my experience, at least these days. Might try *********** or ***********. Best of luck!

I thought the stage 2 is not worth it on z4 e89

I've not been able to surmise a straight answer on that. I decided to pull the trigger and do it, as part of the wholesale fuel system overhaul - Fuel-It LPFP, lines, ECA, analyzer, VTT Single Barrel HPFP, S63 injectors.

Its not IMO, member Lambobimmer who went that route and ended up going back to stock LPFP and selling the car

Since no one is making an inline kit for the Z4 that I am aware of, someone will to get a custom job done

I haven't gotten to it yet as it does require $$$ and doing other stuff that take up most of my time.

Has anyone figured out a dual LPFP pump system for the E89 Z4? I would like to install port injection to maximize my stage 2 turbos but can't flow enough fuel out of the tank to run E50+. Would like to get to 600whp.

NoQuarter is right. That said I happen to stop by - Try 525 Walbro (Hellcat 700hp E85) LPFP, but you will have to run a $700 EOS EKPS replacement to make it all work.

Seriously s p oo l str ee t is the place to go.

I need help on this as well.

Running Catless, 5"FMIC, JB4 map 6 and can't do more than 11psi before I goes to Limp mode.

Trims 1 and 2 is up on 45-50 under load.

Coils, Plugs, Injectors all checked.

HPFP is at 17 under load. 95 octane.

What causing the car to run so lean?
