DIY Replace Rear Shocks and Springs E89 Z4

Hey all, I've just replaced the shocks and springs on my E89. Was a lot easier than I expected given the boot mechanism, and I managed to film it to hopefully help anyone else who wants to do this job and save some big bucks!

Great video. I need to do this next summer. Btw, any reason you replaced the springs?

Great video, it's really nice to see how easy it is! It gets tedious to get to the upper shock mounts on some cars and I was sure it would be even harder on ours with the top mechanism; good to see it's super easy!

You even did it one-handed!
