Help. 35i JB4 running lean

Hi guys.

Im driving a 2009 Z4 35i DCT and just installed 5"FMIC, JB4 with BT connect, Catless Downpipes.

95 oct, HPFP on 17-20 under load, Plugs, Coils, Injectors are good.

Cant run anything over 11psi.

Otherwise it goes in to Limp mode due to trims 1 and 2 reaching like 45-50 just before shifting.

Some days It works running map 5 and reaching 14-15psi and some days I just need to have in Map 6 with 11psi max.

It would be handy with a LPFP sensor :/

So, is anybody else been having this problem?

Why is the car running so lean?

Fuel Open Loop set at 90 when running map 6.
