Coated wheels
During 8 years of owning Z4, I hated how the wheel barrels get dirty and didn't know how to clean them without removing the wheels. After doing some research I took off one wheel at a time, thoroughly cleaned them and applied Gyeon Rim. Cleaning took me around 2-3 hours per wheel. Now they look spectacular. Here are some photos taken during the lengthy process. If anybody is interested, I can post instructions.

That's mad effort! Id love to have barrels that clean on any car.
I like the Gyeon products, but haven't tried any of their coatings yet. I always end up going with CQuartz. Last edited by Ichiro; 11-26-2019 at 03:30 PM.. |
