Pop-Up Display

Does anyone have a problem with their Pop-Up Display getting stuck? Mine is stuck in the up position. I'm afraid to put too much pressure to push it down. Does it need to be lubricated? Can I push it down? My car is a 2015 35i

Do not push it down.

It is possible to remove and inspect it and lubricate if necessary.

Look for my thread on displaying MHD on the iDrive. Should be some tips in there for you.

Thanks. Unfortunately, the search tool is not very user friendly. I just looked very quickly for your post and could not find it. I will dig deeper when I have more free time.

1st post here and since it's what I searched for, but not quite, here's a question; Can the not previously installed idrive screen and controller be added to the: S639A Preparation f mobile phone cpl. USA/CDN, S645A BMW US Radio, S655A Satellite tuner, S663A Radio BMW Professional, S677A HiFi System Professional DSP? <- all of those from a VIN decoder.

Or is there an aftermarket unit that'll work?
