Best iOS and Android App to live broadcast from mobile?

Tossing this out there:

For one of my kids' sports teams, a few parents might want to broadcast games so that parents who can't make the games can watch remotely.

Might be different parents running the broadcast so app should be available on iOS and Android. And, ideally, can be watched via a web browser OR the app itself.

OH - and if the videos can be archived (even to YouTube) for later viewing by the players that would be super bonus.

(last year a parent on our team used YouTube BUT YouTube changed it this year so you need 1000 followers to livestream from mobile....and I just don't think our U16 AA ringette team will be THAT popular )

Any ideas?

I am looking at twitch, but it is just SOOOOOOO videogamer based. Need something that won't scare off other parents......

I'd probably recommend Periscope, though Twitch wouldn't be a bad option.

Here are some other options you can read more about, some of which are both on Android and iPhone.

For games, Twitch is preferred one. YouTube already has many burdens on it.

I always recommend Periscope. Periscope has super easy and intuitive UX that makes the app really easy to use. The app is available for free for both Android and iOS.

In light of recent news with facebook I think it's not secure to use this social network for communication. On one telegram channel I found info that facebook messenger even had access to a phone's clipboard. Were I a programmer I would make my own app using Voximplant solutions for communication https://voximplant.com/solutions/unified-communications. It would be an encrypted application with cloud-based technologies.
