This is such a pivotal game for him. If he brings it again (like Game 2) and more, AND the Cavs win this game AND the Final, he's back on track for GOAT discussion. Otherwise, he's got a long hill to climb. He knows it. Greatness thrives and shines under immense pressure.

Haha no, I am just a basketball fan. And i'm one of the few that actually see's Melo for his strengths, in addition to his well-known weaknesses.

People always make him out to be some scrub afterthought, but truth is he'd be a damn good teammate to have if he doesn't have to be the #1 option.

I listen to Mike Francesa everyday and he has mentioned several times that Melo would be the best 6th man for another team. However, he would never succumb to that, though I'm thinking if Melo went to the Spurs maybe it'll work

Don't listen to too much Mike, especially when it comes to basketball. Mike loves the Yankees and baseball, so he's usually good for that. But be careful will all those ESPN and Yes radio personalities.

Jalen Rose seemed to make a wild suggestion about the possibility of lebron heading out to California (namely the clippers, but I find that ridiculous) should things not work out in Cleveland.

I never thought he would leave Cleveland again when he first returned. But I also never though Durant would end up on the warriors. LeBron may actually have to leave Cleveland if he wants another championship if this series continues it's current path. If I were him I would want to team up with a proven coach. To me, that's Brad Stevens or Pop. One man isn't enough to get a championship, you need a TEAM, and a good coach, and a little bit of luck/health.

This is just shitty basketball to watch, 130+ points every game. Absolutely zero defense on either side, it's like watching a pickup game at the local Y. The defenders get down in their stance, but then just get blown by like they're standing still and nobody comes to help out because defense is boring yo. The NBA just sucks now. Jordan would have scored 50+ a game with this crap.

Let's confuse ourselves with some facts. Only 5.2% (exactly 4 games out of 76 games played) in the 2017 playoffs has had a score of 130 points or more.

So this little rant or whatever that was is a bit off the mark, don't you think?

Instead, you might find some old NBA games to watch. If you do that, go back and watch some Celtic/Laker games from the 60's. Enjoy.
