BMW e89 display does not work

Hellocan you help me please?
I have a problem with my iDrive. The display does not open when the key is inserted. If I hold the radio button for 15 sec, the display opens but nothing is displayed.

It could be an MPM module?

Time to swap the unit with Android 9.0 display.
