Speed Limit Info on Dashboard?

Can someone please confirm which Package or Add-On allows for speed limit information to be displayed on dashboard (it is not Heads Up Display on windshield)?

On my 2018 MPE 340i, it’s part of the premium package enhanced. Specifically
