What engine oil do you guys use for your Z4?
What's the consensus?

5w-40 liquimoly mostly because FCP euro has it in a very convenient kit

I use Redline ester based oils, usually 5w-30…
Ester based oils are the best…but the most expensive. Almost any modern oil and a good filter changed every year or 8k miles whichever comes first would be the optimal solution.. I do both..
