35is exhaust
Has anyone here swapped their exhaust on a 35i/35is? I’m looking to make the sound a bit louder and the tone a bit deeper while keeping relatively stock to still pass emissions. I was looking at the eisenmann race, but it seems a bit high pitched and as far as I understand you loose the secondary cat. Would it then fail emissions for the second cat being missing?
Overall, anyone have recommendations or systems that they have on their car? |

I can't comment on mufflers but I did install catted at design downpipes on my 2015 35is, but retained the secondary cats. Tone was deeper and I'd say 15% louder....not in an obnoxious way. Never threw CELs but we don't have emissions where I'm at.
I had a Remus axle back on a f30 335 with the n55 and it was a bit too raspy for me. Sorry, no experience with the eisenmann. |
