RDC Control module location
Replaced my wheels and tires and want to disable the TPMS and enable FTM, which I believe is possible as other similar models use the e89 chassis to do this in NCSExpert. First step is to disconnect the RDC control module.
I followed the directions in TIS to locate it, but no joy in my 06/2013 build date 35is: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e...-rims/8IpL4ind Since it's not in the right rear boot, any guess where it might be? I saw a ref to an RDC (low cost) module on realOEM ( https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=36_1540) but I'm not sure if this is how mine is configured. Before I take off the rear bumper, can anyone confirm the location? Did I somehow miss it in the boot? Cheers, Spike |

Hiya
Would you be able to shed some light as to where this module is on LCI models post 2011? The link is no longer valid and I’m struggling to find it on my 2015 z4. Checked all locations given online and no luck. Did the coding already just need to unplug the module but for the life of me I can not find it on this car. Any help appreciated. Thanks |

![]() For me this link still works... made a screenshot of it. You need an account to access Newtis manuals now. And i think you cant make an account there anymore, only if you have account from way back you can still access it. BMW cracked down on them so they had to close its access up. Hope this picture helps.
