Individual Manufaktur can substitute leather for Sensatec in the USA; Alcantara is not possible in the USA for quite some decades. Prepare to pay quite a lot for this substitution.

I just got approval here in the US for three Individual choices on a 2022 M550ix:

paint, full Merino leather and a laser etched dash wood.
