My friend, you and the M5theonlyone continue to tell the world how great VER is in absence of evidence to prove it. He didn't beat RIC and has had muppets for teammates. HAM has raced against and defeated 3 WDCs...5 of 7 against ALO, BUT and ROS.

VER is good but he is no Hamilton.

F1 is not fair . And it will never be fair .

Then Max should goto Indy car or something. Never going to happen in F1, you can cry all you want. Hamilton proved he could win a WDC without a dominant car. Max really hasn't proven anything yet.

It's also a team sport. Even with a faster car and possibly cheating engine, Ferrari couldn't hold it together to beat the Mercs.

I suspect that after fridays very unpleasant tantrum from Verstappen aimed at Stroll...the chances that Verstappen will ever get to drive a Mercedes is even less likely.
While Verstappen may say its not his problem, Red Bull saw it differently and gave Verstappen a hard talking to about his childish behaviour.

I doubt it, VER had every right to be be upset. if someone crunched your M for no reason would you say 'oh never mind' and I'm sure Horner understood his frustration in the circumstances.

Whats the point of throwing a tantrum after the event?
It doesn't change anything...in this case it just made Verstappen look like a deeply unpleasant person.
The stewards looked at the event to see if Verstappen was sufficiently at fault to deserve a penalty but decided to let it go.
Verstappen doesn't even have the self awareness to accept that the fault was his and at the very least say nothing.

Come on it was STR who turned into him,he has mirrors and it was a pure schoolboy error. The stewards let it go as one of those things to let STR off as he had just returned recovering from illness.

Speaking of machinery differences, are Red Bull cars wider than Mercs? They sure seem to (especially with VER behind the wheel) hit a lot of other cars more than HAM/BOT.

Kidding aside, this weekend shows why HAM as currently still the much better driver than VER. VER spent his weekend running into Racing Points and crying about who's fault it was. He blames PER "for not giving him enough space?"

Meanwhile HAM keeps his head after a rough start and eventually you see the result. VER freaks out and still tries too get everything back at once after a bad start and unfortunately PER had to pay for his impatience this time.

At this point I'd like to see PER in a Red Bull car and see what he could do. I think the results would be surprising, especially for VER.

Edit: Also, somehow he finds a way to get the hards warmed up quicker/finds traction where BOT (and others) couldn't and falls behind a 1/4 of a lap. I'd rather see other people win to, but HAM is at the top of the game and way ahead of everyone else right now talent wise/regardless of machinary.

DAS wasn't helping BOT stay with HAM. And it didn't keep BOT that far ahead of VER. How about last year with no DAS?

What a surprise it must be to VER fans when the fastest guy in qualifying ends up being the fastest guy in the race.

Also huge surprise that Merc have better engineers in place to work on THEIR OWN chassis AND motor. And that they secures the best drivers to consistently secure victories and points in those cars.

But let's just keep telling max that he's better than everyone else. What a fucking joke.

Guess what? Merc is now working on their '21 car. Which means Merc will have more of an edge next year. Get used to this.
