Anyone using gymnastic rings?
the rings with straps that you can throw over tree branches or maybe even soccer goal cross bar.
anyone working with rings and can recommend a good pair to buy ? |

Hi, yes! In my backyard I have two sets of rings, high and mid. Both of them are from Valor Fitness. They are well made and withstood a lot of sun and some rain. It amazing how different it is to do pull-ups on rings versus a bar.

No, they are hanging from my patio beam things. But I think these would also work well from a tree. Make sure it's a sturdy branch, haha!

Rings are very effective and challenging. They kick my ass ... difficult at first. I'm 66yo, like to vary my workouts as weight training gets stale so I've enjoyed adding rings to my routine. I hang them from my rack's pull up bar.
