Hidden menus

Has anyone tried to access hidden menus on gauge cluster to access water temperature to display. There are several videos showing how to do it on 3 series sedans. I can unlock hidden menus but I can't find water temp which should be KTEMP-MOM.

How did you unlock them in Z4 ?
