Some people have pointed that C&D most likely used the current 86 for this render. For example the beltline is lower than the spied camo prototype.

Idk if it was BS, but the excuse was that it would have taken another 2 yrs to develop an in-house drivetrain and that they were trying to release it asap before tougher regulations were in place.

Any who, should we get back on topic with the 86.

Looks ok...kind of bland honestly.

Would be cool if they designed the next GT86 (now GR86 I guess) to more closely resemble the Trueno’s body style.

I like it. Has a bit of a 90's era vibe to it as the front end looks a little like a 2nd gen Eclipse and nice clean side profile.
