Mode Carbon hasn't delivered our parts and is now unresponsive

Hi guys.

Odd post but I want to hear your thoughts and experiences.

We have, until this point, been offering Mode Carbon products to our customers. More recently, we received orders for their parts. Namely and M4 Rear Spoiler and M2 Rear diffuser.

We placed orders for these back in August (24th) and beginning of September (9th) respectively.

Still nothing arrived here. Now they're unresponsive.

I have a whole transcript of our conversations if you want a laugh...

Okay, scary to see were aren't the only ones.

More worrying as a fellow forum sponsor and business to be treated in this manner. We have been silent on the matter and questioned going public (due to potentially appearing unprofessional on our part), but I'm glad I've mentioned it now.

I will provide an additional 24hrs for our parts to be collected from Mode Carbon before posting our conversations.

These guys must be really going through a rough time with Covid or something cause I dont recall this company being THIS bad before.

Well guys. Been more than 24 hours since my previous post and still no news from Mode Carbon. They continue to ignore our messages now.

Some context. The spoiler we ordered, Samuel had told us that was actually already in stock, so we assumed upon paying the invoice we'd be able to arrange collection.

We had told the customer to expect a 3 week delivery period due to COVID and normal lead-times from Mode Carbon.

Here it begins...

We then left Mode for a little while as I felt chasing was getting tiring at this point. However, more than 2 weeks passed (for a product that was meant to be in stock).

At this stage... I'm sure you're bored of this. As am I. I also gave up with this thread and reverted back to Instagram for chasing. I was unfortunately very ill and hospitalised over this week (non-covid) and so was not able to chase further.

They now continue to ignore Instagram messages and emails. I've asked for refunds on both.

We now have almost 1,000 worth of undelivered parts that we will need to refund the customer for. Costing us 1,000 we've paid Mode Carbon and the 1600+ to refund the customers. Almost 3k in total.

Please do not spend any of your hard earned cash with Mode Carbon, as its very likely you will not see your money or products.

Not surprising. I previously posted a feedback thread with similar issues. I finally received my order and the quality and fitment were horrendous. That thread was quickly and mysteriously deleted by the admins, im sure there are plenty more examples.

I emailed the forum admins last night to make them aware of this firm.

We've now received multiple emails, messages and comments of people being treated in the same manner.

It is clear now that this company is some form of fraudulent outfit.

thread got closed and i see Sam's responses are terse

his customer service is terrible i am in exactly the same position

after weeks of chasing my parts Sam sent me a message last night saying

'What do you need'

Our parts or our money back Sam Sam@ModeCarbon or a decent explanation of where they are. Your business is derailing, sort it out.
