Tool32 is the only way to reset ECU counters?

I need to reset the short circuit fault in my FRM ECU. My understanding is that tool32 is the only software that will reset these counters, correct?

Tool32 is the easiest way of removing short circuits. There are other tools like Launch that can do a similar thing.
