2010 Z4 M Coupe rendering

If there were going to be an M model, this is my guess as to how it could look. I made the car Titanium Silver, modified the front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, got rid of the convertible feature, added 19" V710's, AP Racing Brakes, M5/6 style mirrors and lowered the roof line

Of course, taste is subjective BUT those might be the ugliest rims I have ever seen. I'm not a fan of black rims in any style.

Will there really be a large enough demand to justify a Coupe, when you basically have a Coupe/Convertible all in one, now?

Provided it saves weight and adds rigidity, purists will want it for on-track.

z4m - maybe
z4 coupe - maybe not

Last generation z4 coupe was built to promote the E85 sales. Now that the E89 has a hard folding roof, it's a combined coupe+roadster. Again, BMW will look at sales figures of the E89 and come to a conclusion.

I've read reports that BMW will not be making a Z4M.

engine bay isn't big enough for the V8 and even the current v8 on the M3 will be going to 6 cylinders with bi-turbos. However it will a totally new 6 cylinder (inline most probably) engine.

They say the power is enough to not justify an M version.

You guys are right about the idea of a coupe not being realistic since the car is already a hard top, so I did this rendering of how the coupe could be made into more of a hatch like the previous Z4 Coupe, to give something more to differentiate the standard model
