Well I guess its going to be the " Dark Knight " Harvey. If he's not late to the ballpark. Hopefully it's a Good Night for the Royals. Go Royals.

Due to a horrible night, I was unable to watch the game but was eyeing the score online. Royals are clearly the more balanced/better team so they should play game 5 like they are down 3-1 to put the nail in the coffin. However, if the Mets can bring this series back to KC with deGrom and Thor, it'll be an epic series.

Sloppy play by the Mets in the series but KC clearly was the better/well balanced team. Mets have a staff to look forward for many seasons to come (unless Bruce Wayne goes to the Yankees).

Man, what a mess of a game. Hats off to the Royals though, they never let up.

I'm looking forward to next year. The Mets weren't even supposed to get to the postseason this year, let alone the World Series, so next season should be great.

Thanks for the kind words and respect for the Royals. Omaha has their triple A team so many people from Omaha are KC Royals fans.

I was a little worried the way the Mets dispatched the Cubs but the Royals bullpen, aggressive hitting and great defense was the difference.

it'll be tough for Mets to repeat their performance next year. The NL is harder to navigate given the bellweathers and now with the Nats, Pirates and Cubs expecting to improve.

Plus the team's 2nd half MVP Cespedes is a free agent...

Mets have the starting pitching set as Wheeler will be a solid #5 once he comes back from TJS. Their bullpen needs help UNLESS Neise and Gee can be thrown into the pen/spot start, etc... You can always get a bat or two but as Met fans know, the Wilpons won't get into any bidding wars.
