Hey all, Im Darren, I have been on these forums for close to a year now. I own a 2002 330ci right now, but will be looking at the 135i as a replacement. I love the new car, but Im probably going to wait about a year after introduction just in case there are any early production bugs.

Can't wait until March, the Jetta with 140K plus is getting tired (hoping the turbo doesn't go between now and then). Any idea of the possibility of a car seat fitting in the back (gueses)?

Hi guys,

I currently drive a BMW Z4 3.0 which has been supercharged, producing around 360BHP and 440NM of torque. It's an awesome machine but may be looking for something a little bigger, therefore looking forward to the 1 Series Coupe.

Whether it will be a 135 or 123d, who knows, but I can't wait to test drive both.. they should be awesome.

Hey, I'm a newb too. Got a 10 year old Mazda Miata that I love, but I want something a little more civilized with a tad bit more room, as I only have 1 car.

First BMW I drove was grandfather's 540i when I was about 17. Even with the auto the sucker was fun. Then my mother bought a 2006 330i. Again, instant love whenever I'm home. My father had a 2002 in, what, 1970 or so (a good decade before my time). He still waxes about how much he loved that car. Maybe BMW's are just in my genes

I've driven everything. Z, Mustang, RX-8, new Miata, TSX, G35, Solstice, Sky, MINI. I just can't find a car to offer exactly what I'm looking for and feel just right.

I'm hoping this will finally be "the one". I can't afford a 3 series, but this appears to be in the budget. I'm hoping to find a car I can love and live with for a long long time. I'm not into switching cars a lot (waste of money) and so I'm willing to spend a bit to get something I want, love, and know I will keep. Bit concerned about BMW reliability (g-pa and mother have both had some issues), but I'm willing to pay to play, as long as nothing major craps out.

Anyway, glad to be here.

Craig here.. Currently have a 1997 Z3 <pictured> and a 2006 Mitsubishi Evolution. I am selling the Mitsubishi in favor of another BMW. I have been waiting for the 1 series for years.. I'm glad they made it worth the wait!
