water/oil mix with coolant

hi all

I just had this happen to my car

Sorry for the link but i cant upload the photo directly here.

Anyone had this happen before? The garage tells me the engine is sound and its mostly a water pump change, transmission oil cooler assembly, thermostat, piping, flushing blah blah

Im sure hoping its not something major like a crack in the block or cylinder?

any thoughts?

Could it be the oil filter housing gasket.

Very common. Mine did it at about 45k miles w/same symptom.
