Next gen BMW X2

Hey guys,

who‘s excited for the new BMW X2? After my rendering of the very cool and special rear end, I wanted to show you what the car might look like from the front. Visually the car will look like a sportier version of the X1 and almost like a mini X6. I was never a big fan of the X2 and its looks. This could actually change with the new model.

What do you guys think?

I don't get where the X2 fits in now with a the more competent new X1 being released. To me, if you want something bigger than an X1 you get an X3. If anything, just make the X2 the "coupe" version of the X1 (like the X4 and X6).

Drop a S68 into that, that would be awesome.

looks beautiful, It is still listed on the Australian BMW website. The 2018 xDrive28i trim featured a turbocharged, 4-cylinder engine that produced around 228 horsepower. The 4-cylinder powertrain of the BMW X2 was mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission with a manual shifting mode. Its fuel economy ranged between 21 to 31 mpg (source). Seems like the 2023 BMW X2 model will boast the same powertrain and performance figures.

There's no X2 on the build-your-own section of BMWUSA.com. If you click on X1 or X3, the MY will be 2023, not '24. Last summer I was shown and considered a 2023 X2, so I know it exists. What's up?

They've ended production of the 2023's. Will come back up once they debut the redesign.
