2010 or 2011 Z4 options
I am looking at upgrading from my 07 Z4 to a 2010 or 2011 Z4.
Does anyone have a listing of the options that were available? I am trying to determine what options the used market has. |

Look up on edmunds or similar. There is always an article describing the car, the options, engines, etc.

- no M-sport package. Bumpers / trim the same for all models. - Same for IS - it came out after we ordered our '2010' model, and I think was marketed in North America for the 2011 model. - Adaptive suspension was available as a stand-alone option, which also lowered the car by 10mm. We ordered this. - Seats were available in powered 6 or 8 way (I forget which) or Sport. The Sport was manually adjustable in most ways vice power. We ordered the power seats. - iDrive / Navigation was indeed a package. We did not order this. - Cold weather was a package. We ordered this. - we ordered the 6MT. Personal preference. - There were at least two audio grades. We ordered the premium grade, and I think it came with the luxury package that included comfort access and a few other tweaks that I forget, but that might have included the power seats. From what I've read on this forum, all audio packages are less than optimal in this car. I tend to agree. - the rear wind deflector I think came as part of the luxury package. - the front and rear parking sensors were available as a stand-alone option. This is a must-have feature in my opinion, and we ordered it with ours.

also get the 4 turbo. Better value. 6 isn't worth it. Had both.

I have a 2018 4cylinder twin trurbo
And a couple N54 6 cylinder engines. N54 by far is the engine to get in a Z4 if you want performance. If you want a cruiser - then settle for the 4 cylinder |

I test-drove both 30i, 35i and the 4-cylinder and I immediately ruled out the 4. Since Friday have a 2011 35i with the DCT and just love it.
