Exhaust Flap Actuator Fuse instead of golf T mod?

on F30 there is a fuse in trunk to disconnect exhaust flap actuator (equivalent of Golf T mod).
Is anyone aware if the same is possible on E89?
I was keen on this as some people have reported actuator going bad after months of Golf T mod.

UPDATE: I found the actuator connector. It is behind the left plastic cover

i have had golf t mod for 4 years. Had to go back to stock for inspection and all was fine. Have never heard of actuator going bad because of this mod.

Why not change the exhaust flap parameters in the tune?

Ya, you can't modify these maps with coding.

Needs to be in the tune. I don't use MHD for my tuning so I didn't know that you could not modify those tables, sorry. I had assumed you could customize these things.

I found the actuator connector after stripping the trunk. Updated the OP with picture.
Next, I'm planning to make a wireless switch so i can control it with a remote.
